Why does my order take about two weeks?
Every StayLacra piece is made when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse for months. Your piece is printed, quality-checked and shipped, usually within 2–3 business days, and then it travels to you. Made for you. Not for a warehouse.
Can I cancel or change my order?
No. Production starts as soon as you order, so orders can't be cancelled or changed once placed. Please double-check your size and address before checkout.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Counted from the day you order (production + shipping), in business days:
- United States: 9–14 days, free. Express: 5–7 days for $34.99.
- Canada, Mexico, UK, European Union, Australia, Japan and more: 8–14 days, $12.99.
- Puerto Rico, Latin America and the rest of the world: 22–32 days, $19.99.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to more than 130 countries. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, our production partner can't deliver there yet — including Venezuela, Cuba and some countries in Central America. We're working on it.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be charged duties or taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the customer.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Sizing & fit
How do your pieces fit?
Oversized and heavyweight. Check the measurements in inches and centimeters in our Size Guide and compare them with a piece you already own, laid flat.
What does GSM mean?
Grams per square meter: the weight of the fabric. Most tees are 150–180 GSM. Ours go from 240 to 440 GSM, which is why they feel thick, hold their shape and last.
Returns & issues
Can I return or exchange for a different size?
Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. If you're unsure, email us before you order and we'll help you choose.
What if my order arrives defective, wrong, damaged or lost?
We make it right at no cost to you. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
Care
How do I wash my StayLacra pieces?
Inside out, cold water, no bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Our washed and faded pieces are made to age: slight natural fading is part of their character.
